About Mahabat Maqbara
Mahabat Maqbara is a 19th-century tomb complex in Junagadh city. Its main mausoleum, for Nawab Mahabat Khan II, was begun in 1878 and completed in 1892, mixing Indo-Islamic and European Gothic styles with onion domes, French windows and silver doors. Beside it stands the tomb of his minister (vizier), Bahauddin, whose minarets have staircases winding around the outside.
