About St. Paul's Church
St. Paul's Church is a Portuguese-era Catholic church in Diu town, begun in 1601 for a Jesuit seminary and completed in 1610. It is dedicated to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and is still used for worship. People come to see its elaborately decorated front and the altars and pulpit of finely worked black wood.
