About Ghoghla Beach
Ghoghla Beach lies at Ghoghla village, on the mainland part of Diu district, at the entrance to Diu. The Diu administration calls it the district's largest beach, with golden sand, gentle waves and a wide, flat area uncovered at low tide. In 2020 it was one of eight Indian beaches given the international Blue Flag for clean, well-managed beaches.
